If a customer requests that services begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the customer
acknowledges and agrees that:
- They may lose the right to withdraw once the service is fully performed.
- If the service is partially completed, the customer may be responsible for the proportional cost of the
completed work.
4. Refunds
Where a valid withdrawal is accepted:
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
- Refunds will include the full amount paid unless deductions apply for partially provided services.

Shipping Policy
